VIP Flight Nanny
Our most popular option. A professional pet nanny will fly in-cabin with your puppy, providing one-on-one care, comfort, and attention until they are safely handed directly to you at your local airport.
Ground Transport
For shorter distances, we use licensed, USDA-approved ground transporters. Your puppy travels in a climate-controlled environment with regular stops for potty breaks, food, and fresh water.
Local Pickup
You are always welcome to pick up your puppy in person! We love meeting our adoptive families. We will coordinate a date and time and have all paperwork ready for your drive home.
From Our Home to Yours
Final Vet Clearance
Before any travel, your puppy receives a comprehensive nose-to-tail examination from our licensed veterinarian to issue a mandatory health certificate.
Travel Coordination
We handle all the logistics for you. We will book the flight or ground transport and provide you with a detailed itinerary, dates, and meeting times.
Travel Updates
Communication is key. You will receive photos, videos, and text message updates from us or the flight nanny throughout your puppy's journey.
Welcome Home!
Meet your new best friend! We will check in with you after arrival to ensure the puppy is settling in perfectly and answer any immediate questions.
What Travels With Your Puppy?
Health Documents
You will receive the Official Health Certificate, up-to-date vaccination records, deworming schedule, and your AKC/ANKC registration papers.
Airline-Approved Carrier
If flying, your puppy will travel in a brand new, safe, comfortable, and well-ventilated travel crate that you get to keep.
Comfort Blanket
A soft blanket rubbed with the scent of their mother and littermates. This familiar smell drastically reduces travel anxiety.
Starter Food & Treats
A small supply of their current premium kibble and favorite treats to ensure a smooth dietary transition at your home.
